Perhaps there are reasons that a couple of days are needed to organise certain things for significant announcements that have just been approved. For example hypothetically speaking if one of the significant acquisitions was an rto of Qbl by mcl and that was all signed off as ok today the company will need time to change emails, social media platforms etc etc.
In any case I think with the length of the delay it would be unfair to give SH 20 minutes notice. Many investors work and will want to have notice of when ann’s come out so they can digest and make an informed decision on Thursday.
