The Shell T&Cs I would think are public knowledge in respect to the NDA, confidentiality and media confidentiality clauses. PWN presumably received written permission to this contractual clause, as the clients name was used in number of announcements over a 9 month period until the early April media content which presented the industry in a negative light at which point confidentiality has been enforced. This does not necessarily mean they are very upset at PWN, just a measure to reduce the profile.

I think it rather obvious that the industry is very upset when presented negatively in national media and other platforms. If you mean has APPEA made a media release, no. Has it been discussed informally among the industry community, yes.
