I agree these early stage growth companies are way too generous...

    I agree these early stage growth companies are way too generous with remuneration. Rewarding themselves as if there is no chance of failure, yet the market cap indicates otherwise.
    I have no problem with huge rewards for success but also believe a huge chunk of all executive directors remuneration should be in options, if the shareholders get rewarded so do the directors.
    I for one will be voting AGAINST the remuneration report at the AGM.
