    Cash bonus point evaded and remuneration answer broadened to entire workforce and presumably contractors.
    Response:
    • "we need to attract the best talent into the business"
    • "investment in the future"
    • "necessary investment"

    Coombes is a founder and earned $200K cash bonus - no need to attract him. Lookhoff lasted just over 12 months - not such a great investment in the future huh? Necessary investment - why? $506K would get us 3.75% closer to profitability.
