QGL price today is 56.5 c. So they are offering, at todays price of 7 c at time of posting, 1.41c for each LML share. Before today, when LML price was 3.5c, so they are saying want a takeover at a discount to current LML share price. What a joke of a takeover price - have to laugh at this and would have taken main shareholders about 1 second to reject the offer.
