So if what you are saying might be the case then if LML shareholders are only tearing up their offer documents and binning them instead of contacting QGL to officially notify them that they don't want to take up their offer QGL may just keep on extending hoping that eventually they will "come around" should the SP fall to around their offer price.
I would have thought that not taking up the offer by the close date would have sent a clear message to either withdraw or make their offer more attractive.
Stuck in a holding pattern indefinitely it looks like to me.
