Well I read the section in the market release by Quantum at 1a as saying that extension is in place until the 7 April "unless withdrawn or FURTHER extended."
If you read the subsection (B) you would notice that they have extended numerous times "extended to 18 November 2022, 23 December 2022, 31 January 2023 and then 6 March 2023 in Quantum’s notices of variation dated 13 October 2022, 11 November 2022, 16 December 2022 and 24 January 2023". This clearly looks like this is a loop de loop that LML seems to be standing watching in awe. Honestly, surely there is a precedent that is out there that could be brought up that would change the power play QGL are clearly using to their advantage. Option to extend after option after option and so on and so on..... For us in LMLND it is looking like we will be in a perpetual holding pattern. Hopefully management who have recently acquired more LMLND shares get rattled enough that they get in there (think tank) with Sam to come up with some move to bring this goading to an end.
