Just to add to above - Mark only joined us in May 2017 (2 years ago) - so a stellar result and the type of CEO you're happy to reward with free shares and options. I like his growth strategy, except would like to see he bring his plans to diversify/ expand into new markets forward by 2-3 years - be more ambitious. Nevertheless - can't complain too much seeing where we have come from.
