Have a look at the date - both dated 5 October. The issue is what transpired between the company and QQ around those dates.
And what material information should have been released to Sophisticated Investors.
Obviously, if QQ had indicated they were going to back out of the offtake deal around those dates, then it would be material information that should have been released.
IMHO, there will be a lot of lawyers going through email messages around those dates.
