How are you guys taking this as bad news? I actually think this is good news...this ISN'T BGS or others that have had OT deals canned...not even close.
20% of our post today were about AGY giving QQ the flick! Well we got it.
A few points:
-Can someone tell me what has changed fundamentally? Have the ponds with Lithium in them right NOW floated away? Is PA somehow STILL not a LCE expert wanted by many? Does the world no longer want lithium?
-QQ lost 40M because they played games. They are pissed off. Ok, but they still need Lithium. Or they are in trouble. Remember QQ paid top dollar: sight unseen for our Lithium? They are just being childish and trying to get the SP lower and get a better deal.
- IMO...I find it HIGHLY likely if you used common sense AGY is AND talking to others about OFF-TAKE. We could be working on a new right now?
-Let's not forget, IF we had too...there are 3 other MOU that would be LOVING the chance to grab a OFF-TAKE deal now.
-I've CONFIRMED that the 15M CR is in the bag. I repeat it's a lock as another poster said. AGY will probably announce shortly.
AGY has been amazing to us. They have did NOTHING WRONG.
This is QQ being UPSET.
We are STILL on track to do everything that's been stated.
It's not even a storm in a tea cup. As we were saying earlier it would be nice if we got a better deal as gave QQ the flick.
You ONLY are concerned if you thing AGY won't get another OFF-TAKE...BTW...the price of LCE has gone up in the past 2 months since the QQ deal was made. Plus, we know via 3rd party that AGY is on BYD's radar. Also, take a look at QQ's website...look at there size. Yes, a deal would have been nice but, we going to do much better. QQ aren't players.
AGY is sitting pretty.
Just think about everything. Use your common sense.
I'm really interested by the fact the 70% of the posters in this thread have never posted on AGY. Hmmm, what does that tell us?
