The placement document says that AGY entered into 3 separate deals with Qianyun:
1. The share placement.
2. Preliminary off take
3. Long term off take.
AGY declined to extend DD for agreement 1,the share placement so that has fallen over. As you suggest the 2 and 3 technically still stand.
