I was thinking they'd forfeit the $750k but your point re the 2018 offtake has merit.
How many other deals have we rejected due to our belief we had a deal with QQ in place?
I'm wondering about the legitimacy of the supposed 863 program and whether it's just a front for the Chinese to Aquire intellectual property by stealth?
Maybe I'm completely of track, but this whole thing stinks.....and not from our side.
