If the partnership between AGY and QQ was a requirement for this company to be successful do you not think the management would have granted the extension? The guys in charge (who have far more information at hand... alternate companies, etc.) clearly where not bothered by the relationship souring.
A delay however is probable, the market dose not take delays well so I envisage some selling off, and a slow negative slope while we wait for new agreements, dust settling, legal action, etc. I hope and expect AGY will cut and run from this deal and try to sort an alternative.
I will be looking for an entry.
