Jerko has held Qianyun accountable. They have failed to meet their commitment and we have moved on. There is a clear message here - we have a world class resource that is in demand. He has raised the requieed funds .. AND - he is holding them to the contract.
Don't think for a second that there isn't a backup plan in place.
