Their leverage was they in their own minds, they thought AGY had no other options to raise cash, so sounds like they tried to sweeten the deal for themselves. Backfired when hunter capital or whoever the broker was told agy they could easily raise them $15 mill at 22c.
Anyone who likes the agy story long term imo will get one last chance tomorrow morning to buy stock under 20c, maybe 15c. I’ll be pinning my ears back and buying whatever I can around 10.10am
