Well, I was right about KDR, wasn't I?
You did not invest and sat on the sideline.
But I bought lots at 37 cents.
It pays to understand the legal implications - people tend to panic when they don't understand legal issues.
I have no doubt this will be headed to the courts - no one is going to fork out 22 cents when they could buy it, at half that.
Not me or any other investor on this forum, if they were honest!!!
