Short-Mid term gains will in the long term POTENTIALLY turn out to be pain with QQ wanting more control and PAs formula on the brine. 400% gain maybe but ANYONE in business who sees themselves as a long term established company will gladly forfeit this deal to reap much larger gains in the long term.

Not to big note, purely stating facts here..I'm with a $2B global company and we 6 months ago declined a 9 figure growth deal to now go on to sign a MUCH BETTER DEAL allowing the company to move forward on cleaner terms for both short, medium and long term.
Again and as I've publicly stated, I've put everything in AGY. Faith in the Li sector which is MASSIVE and which we have! And faith in management.
