Youve provided little fact to back up your suggestions...your down ramping..
And seriously by saying "I am sure lawyers representing institutions and SI will find out" ....what will they find? Are you suggesting AGY are not being transparent in their ANNs? That management are not forthcoming with all the facts?
I don't think so. There's probably several reasons why this has occurred and probably has absolutely nothing to do on AGYs part. It appears to myself and others on here. ... that maybe, just maybe! ...QQ are quite unhappy about missing out on they're placement at 8.5...and a subsequent deal being offered at 22c to SIs etc...hence this ANN update now and not earlier on.
