I reckon AGY are going to fight this to the end, and will most likely ann a better deal with other partners.
On the other hand QQ have burnt their bridges in the lithium industry and no one will do any business with them knowing the dirty tactics they have bloody played in this saga. QQ have played a dangerous moved and have shot themselves in the foot knowing how important the lithium industry is for the next few years as the product is scarce and they have no chance of getting hold of it as no producer will want to deal with them. Serves you right QQ and hope you go bust!
