People shouldn't trust anybody. Whenever problems arrive with a true believer stock, the stock's gurus appear to attack critics and to pronounce that everything is awesome. They get a million TU's from the holders who want to continue believing and to have their fears soothed. Seen it with so many stocks. Of course, the guru holds shares and wants others to hold because he doesn't want his shares to lose value.

Not saying AGY won't succeed. But legal problems can drag on.

I really like when they say , I have just heard or my contacts have just told me , that a new agreement is very very close. This at 11 pm on a Tuesday night. If their contacts were so good why did they not tell them that the QQ deal was falling over.
This is a mess atm , the BOD I am sure are working really hard to move forward and Li is in demand ..watch this space I guess.
