Yeah, well if the Premier is putting out press releases that multiple news outlets pick then you need to put out an ASX Announcement to ensure a fully informed market.....don't you.
And given the movement in SP clearly it was information that was material. As much as it would be nice, you don't normally open ~20% higher just on "fluff".
I am not saying it was Company making news. But your suggestion it should not have been the subject of an ASX announcement in the circumstances that transpired, is complete nonsense.
