Some of your criticisms may have some validity re the debt and cash on hand, but the deposit was drilled ages ago by historical drilling in a sub-optimal trajectory to test the ore zones, and probably had little to no downhole survey data or drill hole data validation, making it less than ideal to issue an updated JORC Resource. That's why you see companies go back and redrill some of these older resources as the standards of the JORC have increased over time and demand better quality data. SO yes - it was "Swiss-cheesed" many years ago with poor-quality drilling methods and resultant poor-quality data.
