I can't find anything on the Origin story, however speaking to the Port I was told that particular event was when Origin were looking at relocating their tanks in South Townville next to a kindergarten... Was always going to get shot down.
The Port also confirmed to me that they do not believe that shipping LNG through the Port via containers would be an issue. Especially purpose built containers as per the video posted earlier.
