I am hopeful that TECH is not as in limbo as it seems! The Ni price is moving in the right direction and QPM has a compelling solution once it hits the $20K threshold. Certainly GM is going to need green Ni in the not too distant future and might have to reach a bit deeper into their voluminous pockets! Maybe QPM sell TECH and retain a minority stake?
