Now with the Project of State Significance announcement to boot, this is all forming up to be more and more of a sure thing each and every month. Institutions, financiers, potential partners, and other major investors are much more at ease when they see such strong government support on all levels. Funding is looking all but guaranteed with each new development.

The share price movement over the past year (slow and steady upwards, no big drop-offs, no huge swings, predictable not volatile) will go a long way towards attracting all the necessary key players to the funding table.
