In an ideal world the courts should force QSLM to pay some kind of reparations for breach of contract (early termination is not breach of contract, but early termination without adhering to your obligations under the termination provisions is), but this is china we're talking about and I don't know how much hope we have in a chinese court. I am interested to hear from management what the new plan is with Qinghai out of the picture.
