I'm out at 0.4350 as of yesterday - I needed every cent to my name for a house deposit, otherwise i would not be selling.

I got in around 0.055 and just wanted to say thanks to a lot of the very knowledgeable posters on here for the excellent level of analysis, it really helped my understanding of this stock and the wider HPA space.

I will be back once into the new place in March and can recommence putting some money back into longer term savings, hopefully i don't miss too much of the upward progress i can see coming this year...
