Positive to gain scale and, by extension, improve access to a larger customer base, capital and visibility of the business. Quantum always flew under the radar. Higher visibility of it's segments and it's buiness model could lead to a valuation multiple expansion. PGC has ties in China already too which bodes nicely for the plans of the merged entity.
