If all goes according to plan, merger appears to be a win-win situation. I'm actually quite excited about the situation. i drove past Paragon Care's offices in Scoresby, Victoria, today, and was impressed by the apparent scale of their business.
From my investigations, Paragon Care seem to be a business displaying great urgency, and a company on the go. It appears that Quantum are to all intents and purposes being taken over by Paragon, and possibly on generous terms, as we have key assets for their expansion plans.
The Paragon AGM is to be held tomorrow, so more news may come concerning this merger/takeover.
