Apparently the fear of a recession has spooked investors into assuming there will be a slump in demand for computers, phones and therefore chips. So chipmaker stocks have been sold off. Crazy times. There’s a shortage of chips so they sell off chip manufacturing stocks. Go figure. I guess the fear even extends to companies like AXE, which aren’t even manufacturing yet.
Completely unrelated but yesterday I saw a fantastic video that somehow popped up on my YouTube suggestions. It was all about the Dutch company that makes those amazing machines that do extreme UV engraving on chips. Just mind-blowing. If you have a chance to watch it; do so.
I’m really, really impressed by the progress and communication demonstrated by Archer. The only thing that we don’t get that I’d like to see is a timeline for development. But I know that’s asking a bit much. Maybe, if I ask Mo nicely he’ll make one for a Christmas present!
