Bez has the Quatum contract money, Q has 30+% of Bez, Q runs Bez, absolute no brainer for Q to put a partial TO to over 50% at minimal premium...at this stage I'm afraid Bez may go for a song...I would take the money if I don't lose. Sick of their unscrupulous behaviour. Sorry to come to this conclusion but hope for better days.
