Bound by anti-laundering money regulations on Australia side and Sharia Law on Malaysia side, the new CBA is activated in just under 24 hours, there are no surprises at all in my opinion the USD $9.827mil (~AUD $15mil) must be paid in tranches to meet those regulations.
Just look at the fact that the money is split into 5 tranches to paid in just more than 2 weeks (not 2 months, not 3 months) explains exactly that.
SO, FINALLY GOOD NEWS, just perfectly aligned with the fact JB is finally gone.
