New executive director Kenny Lee chose to take 7mil options at excercise price of 45c on his new position appointment with BESRA.
1. What does he expect sp to be? You don't take options to simply expect sp to be double your excercise price. Option holders always expect to make multiples of excercise price profit.
2. Why Kenny Lee didn't negotiate to take 2mil-3mil performance shares instead?
The answer is obvious: he expects sp to be many multiples of 45c.
