There is a specific contract on each payment. The December payment is now 6 months late. That is a probable default.
Clearly if Quantum can't meet payments on a timely basis it will put Besra in an untenable position if/when they are in the high capex part of the mine development.
That's why Besra needs to accumulate cash to pay for the big ticket items.
As I said let's hope these are just teething problems and Quantum will come good.
