- USD $300mil = AUD $450mil pre-payment deal GPA has been signed with Quantum Metal. If fully paid in the next 2 years, this deal represents AUD $9bil off-take deal.

- 372580oz gold purchase contract worth AUD $1.3bil at current gold price has been signed and paid (inclusive of USD $9.8mil to be paid in the next 2 weeks).

- No dilution. No CR.

- The off-taker is also the biggest shareholder of Bez at 30% shareholding. This is the single biggest factor telling us QUANTUM METAL is committed to the off-take deal. Talking about skin in the game.

- DFS contract to be tendered in July and is fully funded.

- 2-3 years ahead of many other gold explorers at MCs of $300mil-$500mil.

This BEZ is bound to smash those MCs in the months ahead.
