Exberliner, their 10x leveraged long gold positions were scams yes, as people have been unable to take their capital out for over half a year. Doing digging yesterday the issue arose before December last year but as soon as quantum found enough new members to deposit they can then start paying off the earlier ones. They still don't have enough for December's hence they cannot be paid and customers were scammed. Almost sounds like one of those schemes right, either way was a too good to be true scam that the Malaysian public lost money on. Can spin it anyway you want but they said they could make people a bunch of money for free, took their money and didn't make them anything or give their initial amount back. Only when new people joined could they pay back older ones. Your right doesn't seem like a scam to me.
