still confusing, they already announced the bank account was operational, this is genuinely nothing new and anything that actually means anything would be price sensitive. really drawing conclusions here and im suppose to be the one speculating. I'm guessing the money that was seized from by the US government from the quantum metals director has something to do with what's taking so long. quantum also still cannot pay customers out so they have no issue with bank accounts now according to our secretary but they cannot pay customers money owed?? odd situation huh
