QUARTER: ANB: ANZ Trading Update - 9 months to 30 June 2014

ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited's ("ANB") ultimate parent entity, Australia and
New Zealand Banking Group Limited ("ANZ") today released a Trading Update for
the nine months to 30 June 2014.

ANZ also released its Basel III Pillar 3 Disclosure for the quarter ended 30
June 2014. Both documents are attached.
