For the quarter ended 31 March 2013, Diligent produced revenues of US$15.1
million, which is an increase of 84% compared to the same quarter a year ago.
As evidence of the continued scale and success of its business model,
Diligent achieved its highest Gross Profit Margin of 81% and its second
highest Adjusted EBITDA Margin of 39% for the quarter. These rapid margin
expansions continue to demonstrate the internal operating leverage in the
Diligent business model.
