QUARTER: DIL: Quarterly Update - Third Quarter 2012
Diligent Board Member Services Inc. (DIL) have provided NZX with their
Quarterly results (see attached).
Excerpt from attached Third Quarter Update:
We are pleased to announce Diligent's results for the Third Quarter ended
September 30, 2012.
Diligent booked New Sales for the Third Quarter of 2012 of $US 6.4 million
($NZ 7.9 million), which represents a 29% increase over the $US 5.0 million
of New Sales in the Third Quarter of 2011.
As of September 30, 2012 Cumulative Sales have increased to $US 45.9 million
($NZ 56.2 million), an outstanding Sales growth achievement.
Additionally, Diligent produced Quarterly Revenue of $US 11.8 million ($NZ
14.4 million) for the Third Quarter of 2012, which is an increase of 145%
over the Third Quarter of 2011 Revenue of $US 4.8 million.
