Quarterly Operating Update

GeoOp is pleased to announce its operating update for the quarter ended
December 31, 2014.
At December 31, GeoOp reports licenced users of 16,391. This represents 22%
growth from GeoOp's previous quarter ending September 30 of 13,370 and a 166%
increase on the prior year equivalent of of 6,157.
Total licenced users added in the quarter was 3,021, a 50% increase on the
2,016 added in the previous quarter.
