Although I think you're right and a CR is very likely I doubt they're buying product. If anything they'll be charging brands to use their online store (which is a Shopify e-store).
I'm guessing they're just aggregating products that suit their design ethos and orders go direct to the brands / manufacturers in question and AHA clip the ticket so to speak.
