That is possibly the dumbest question they could have asked their customers.
Why should they care about using it over the internet?
The internet isn't a benefit in and of itself!
Ask them if they would like instant software updates across all of their accounts and user profiles.
Ask them if they would like multi-site access on any device (mobile, desktop, different office locations etc).
Ask them if they would like to be able to add additional modules across their entire business at a few clicks of the mouse.
Ask them if they would like to scale up/down according to their changing business requirements - without long lead time etc.
......And when 76% of respondents say YES! Tell them they can get it over the internet.
I don't have any doubt enterprise software is best utilised and delivered over the cloud.
No brainer.
