Lets face it Xero has lost it's competitive edge , most offer online accounts now also not everyone wants their personal data stored in the cloud somewhere. Software upgrades by the fin planner can be done by downloading it to their hard drive. The data is securely saved and backed up rather than floating somewhere in the cloud.
