    Who said anything about ledgers , you pay a subscription and software gets downloaded after an upgrade.You back up your data daily with a secure web host located in this country . What happens to your data in the cloud , someone steals all your info and sells it to your competitors. Cloud provider could be based in a country where you dont get your data back.
