Its not just a game of taking share but also the pace of expanding penetration. The cloud and xero are opening up a new frontier in small businesses and how these small businesses can now operate. There are 41 million small businesses in Aus UK and USA alone. This is a big play but with a lead in the game 6M doesn't seem out of this world given what Intuit achieved as a market share. IMHO
