Haha too many on here defend management makes you wander if they are not closer to management then they let on ...they also allow their profit to cloud the fact the management on numerous occasions have made big statements with firm dates and failed to meet them ...even if certain things are out of their control you would learn not to make bold statements that set expectations to the market you would tone it down yet they continue to do it...you make a statement and set expectation you are accountable ...you work in a management role you are accountable ...a resource will only take you so far good management is key..,people stop letting your profits cloud your judgement ...
