TBH, you and spend_it have been saying funding is just around the corner for a couple of years and yet nothing. Committed Off-takes won't happen unless a mine is financed, so they are also unlikely in the near future.

The only thing that is certain, is time passing and cash being spent. History repeats for explorers. Hype and ramping won't work this time.
