Agree, the main news in H1 22 is likely to be around CNS.
First up, (early in the New Year, Rohan Hockings said at the AGM) will be CNS results in rats via intrathecal injection, which is the route of administration used in humans for the CNS drug, Spinraza.
Also scheduled for this quarter is commencement of a study using a reporter oligo in primates, with results expected in Q2.
These studies will provide insight into drug distribution at cellular level – it seems that both rats and primates have a similar distribution profile to that seen in humans.
