The second Spark deal was effective from 30 January. The gist of this 2nd deal is Spark will market VM to its Corporate customers.

Given the deal is now 4 days old and any revenue will be split in known %, how do see NOR generating "Significant material revenue"?

The first Spark Announcement:
NZD1.1m over 4 years with a targeted revenue of NZD2.0m over the same time.

So when we consider last week's announcement with these figures, it seems NOR will charge NZD1.1m to develop, implement and support the VM back-end. Then plan to earn an additional NZD900k from the VM app to Spark customers over the next 3 years or NZD300k pa average.
